Epson Unveils New WUXGA, 4K Enhancement Projectors

Epson, a leading innovator in projection technology, unveils its series of WUXGA and 4K Enhancement business projectors, comprising eight different models: EB-L890E, EB-L690E, EB-L890U, EB-L790U, EB-L690U, EB-L790SE, EB-L690SE and EB-L690SU. The “E” models have 4K Enhancement Technology, providing up to 4.6 million pixels for many installations. Examples of these are the modern collaborative workspaces and golf simulation environments.

Enhanced versatile connectivity to devices

The demand for advanced projectors in modern workspaces is growing as digital communication becomes more widespread. As a result, Epson’s new WUXGA and 4K Enhancement projectors aim to strengthen the 6000 to 8000 lumens market. The projectors offer competitive pricing, a compact size, and full functionality. It accommodates the 21:9 aspect ratio, so users can fully immerse themselves in hybrid meetings without interruptions.

This series of projectors includes visual ports for wired connections, and Miracast and iProjection for wireless. Moreover, the Epson iProjection app gives users wireless freedom from their Chromebook or mobile device. Users can share, manage, and annotate content through an easy-to-use, intuitive menu. Furthermore, the new series now supports Apple AirPlay 2 for seamless wireless streaming and mirroring from Apple devices (except EB-L690SE).

Leveraging a compact size and 4K Enhancement Technology, these models offer superior image quality and versatile installation options, ensuring a premium experience for business or entertainment. Moreover, The EB-L690SE has a specially curated throw ratio of 0.5 for optimal golf simulation setups. This delivers high brightness with detailed graphics for a truly immersive experience.

All models support a 4K, 60Hz HDMI signal for a smooth viewing experience of up to 3840 x 2160.

Advances in sustainability with eco-conscious packaging and recycled materials

Epson reinforces its commitment to sustainability by using eco-friendly materials, with up to 65% post-consumer resin (PCR) used in the main projector body. Additionally, the company uses 100% recycled pulp mold for its support packaging.
