AirAsia Philippines is driving the surge in domestic tourism this January as the country celebrates its most colorful festivals in Cebu, Iloilo, and Kalibo.

With Sinulog, Dinagyang, and Ati-atihan celebrations in full swing, travelers now have more reasons to fly.

The World’s Best Low-Cost Airline is launching the AirAsia Fiesta Sale, offering one-way base fares from just ₱115 to select domestic destinations until January 25, 2026, with travel period from January 12 to November 30, 2026, making it easier than ever for Filipinos to join the country’s most anticipated cultural celebrations or plan their future travels.

In Cebu, AirAsia is further strengthening connectivity with the launch of two new international routes and three additional domestic routes.

With this expansion, AirAsia Philippines hopes to support the Cebu provincial government’s Balik Cebu Program, which aims to boost visitor arrivals. DOT Region 7 projects tourist arrivals to reach 400,000 this January.

AIRASIA FREE CONCERT IN CEBU

AirAsia Philippines will power up Sinulog in Cebu with the “To the Philippines with Love” Concert for a Cause.

The free-admission concert on January 16, Friday, at SM Seaside Cebu Concert Grounds will feature top OPM acts including Rob Deniel, Earl Agustin, Parokya ni Edgar, and Spongecola. Gates will open at 3:00 PM.

AirAsia Philippines will also update the public on its efforts to support communities in Cebu affected by recent calamities. Since November 2025, AirAsia allots ₱15 from every flight booked to typhoon and earthquake relief efforts in Cebu. The total donation to be revealed at the concert.
